 Anxiety means when a person feels uneasy and restless. ofcourse being anxious no one feels comfortable ,that feeling of nervousness  is quite awefull. No one wants to feel that way but the irony is every one out of four is suffering with anxeity.   Nowadays Dealing with our own children has become real issue in our families.  We say that Children's of today,s generation are very impatient, they don't listen to us ,they do whatever they want to do without our permission and the complain list is never ending. I think these statements must have been given by our parent too, their parents and then their parents to their childrens too. So I guess this is not something new what we are hearing today. Actually parents of every generation must have gone through this situation wherein as a parent we find  several ways to be perfect parent,for which we put in all the efforts , but at the end everything seems to be all in vein. Overthinking refers to  the Bombarment of thoughts. Many people  I have seen who have always flood of thoughts in their brain,which i guess is not normal, you need to be peacefull.   But with  this bombardment of thoughts .How can one be at peace. Peace is something which restores your energy if you are a person who overthinks I can suerly say you must have feel tired most of the time .No matter you work less or more in a day because a person does not tired with physical work ,person feels exhausted with mental work . You must know it is our brain which consume most of the oxygen .There is this carotid artery which supplies oxygenated blood to the brain .  Normally More than 75% blood goes to the brain because brain,s oxygen requirements are highest.
