Anxiety a restless stage

 Anxiety means when a person feels uneasy and restless. ofcourse being anxious no one feels comfortable ,that feeling of nervousness  is quite awefull.

No one wants to feel that way but the irony is every one out of four is suffering with anxeity.

There is range of symptom for anxious person it include_

Symptoms 

1.Feeling of uneasiness

2.Palpitaion (increase in heart rate)

3.Insomnia (lack of sleep)

4.Anorexia(loss of appetite)or in some person excessive hunger 

5.sweating 

There are certain times in our life when we feel peaceful and relaxed but there are also such times when we don't feel like anything good is happening within ourselves .Outside most of the things seem to be normal and in harmony but----

Within ourselves we feel like a vacant spot or a void that is creating that uneasiness.sometimes we know the reason but sometimes we really don't.

In severe cases, some people get anxiety attacks too,which need to be treated as soon as possible otherwise the person gets out of control and become violent.

That situation is needed to be treated with some Sedative these are such drugs which sedate our mind and produce sleep.

These drugs comes under  the category called central nervous system depressant .

There are several branded drugs in this category which are available in the pharmacy with the names like

3.Alprex

4.Solopose 




These drugs comes under schedule H means they need to be sold only under the prescription of doctor.they are not OTC drug which you get without prescription.So first the person need to seek some medical help then comes meditation.

Meditation ,it allows the person to calm down ,to take inner insight,to experience the inner world.most of the people who have been suffering with anxeity issues and introduce some sort of mediation in their life they have witnesses immense shift in their anxious state.



Keeping in mind that meditation and medication they both have their own significant proses.

On one hand you have medication on which you can not rely for rest of your life to feel peacefull right??

But yes ofcourse when the anxiety level is uncontrollable one has to sedate the mind with the help of sedatives. Anxiety get reduces slowly when you start healing yourself.

When a person start practising mediation he or she becomes more close to his or her existence eventually the anxiety get fades away .
