In this article, I am going to share ten most effective tools,by using them you can cope up or overcome with a situation like depression and dysthymia(a mild severe form of depression).
DEPRESSION is a mental disorder charecterized by some clinical indication like anxeity ,low mood a sense of unwell followed by few episodes of wellnes,fatigue,feeling of worthless and in severe form of depression suicidal thought may also occur.
