STRESS IS THE KILLER

 WHEN I GOT MARRIED TO MY HUSBAND I CAME ACROSS TO A FACT THAT PEOPLE DO THINK ALL THE TIME ,IRRESPECTIVE OF WEATHER THEY WANT IT OR NOT ,THEY JUST THINK NON STOP EVEN DURING IN SLEEP.

HUMAN MIND IS AMAZING AND IT INTRUIGE ME TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HUMAN PSYCHE,HUMANS ARE  WONDERFUL CREATION OF THE UNIVERSE OR GOD .WE HAVE COME SO FAR INTERMS OF SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENT,TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT,MATERIAL SCINECE ETC ,BUT WHEN IT COMES TO PEACE AND HAPPINES, WE AE THE MOST FEARFUL AND UNHAPPY GENERATION OF ALL TIME. 

IT IS THE TIMETO PONDER UPON THE CAUSE OF OUR UNHAPPINESS,RESTLESSNESS.IT TAKES COURAGE TO DIG WITHIN AND SEE YOURSELVES WITH SO MUCH OF FAULTS.NO LONGER DID I SEE MYSELF WITH THAT PEACEFUL STAE OF MIND.HOWEVER AS I CHILD LIFE SEEMD TO BE MORE PEACFUL BUT AS WE GROW EXTERNALLY,SOMETHING OR THE OTHER CHANGES INTERNALLY TOO.IT JUST THAT WE FORGET TO NOTIVE THAT CHANGE.

WE START THINKING TOO MUCH AND WE THINK IT IS ABSOLUTLEY FINE TO THINK. WE FEEL ALIVE WHEN WE REMAIN CLING TO OUR THOUGHTS,WHEREIN WE IDENTIFY OURSELVES WITH THOSE THOUGHT.WE EXPERINCE OUR EXISTENCE BECAUSE OF OUR THOUGHTS.

THAT IS NOTHING BUT THE FALSE IDENTITY WE ALL HAVE WITHIN US THAT IS 'EGO'

WE BELIVE THAT IS HELPING US LEADING OUR LIFE IN THE SOCEITY HELPING US TO PLAN MAKE A ROADMAP TO OUR AMBITION ,GOALS.BUT THAT IS NOT TRUR ALWAYS.

THERE IS A SLIGHT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THINKING AND OVERTHINKING.

THW THINKING LEADS YOU TO SOMEWHERE TO AN EXCEUTIVE ,ACTIONABLE PALN .IT DOES MAKE YOU FEEL UPSET ,FEARFUL OR STRESS.BUT WHEN WE OVERTHINK WE SWITCH OUR PARASYMPATHETIC MODE OF OPERATION TO SYNPATHETIC MODE WHEREIN DIFFERENT NEUROTRANSMITTER STARTS RELEASING IN OUR BLOOD STREAN SUCH AS ADRENALINE ,CORTISOL ,A STRESS HORMONE AND MAKING US FELL ANXIOUS, AGITATED ,RESTLESS.

THESE NEUROTRANSMITTERS EXEUCTE THEIR FUNCTION WHICH WAS DESIGNED TO BE REQUIRED ONLY FOR EMMERGENCY LIKE SITUATION FOR EG YOU HAVE SEENA TIGER NOW YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE AT RESTING STATE OF MIND AND BODY YOU NEED TO BE ALL PUMP UP ,AGIATED AND PROMPT TO TAKE DECISION TO SURVIVE.

NOW IN OUR DAILY LIFE WE ARE NOT DEALING WITH SUCH LIFE THREATNING SITUATION ON DAILY BASIS.LIFE THORWS MINOR CHALLNEGES SUCH AS RELATIONSHIP ISSUE, BOSS ISSUE, DIFFERENCE IN OPNION ETC. 

WE NEED NOT TO SWITCH OUR PARASYMPATHEITC MODE IN TO SYMPATHETIC MODE.

PARASYMPATHETIC MODE IS REQUIRED TO FELL RELAXED ,CALM AND THAT STATE OF MIND IS REQUIRED TO PERFORM FUCNTIONS OF DAILY LIFE SUCH COOKING,EARNING MONEY,MAITINING GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR LOVED ONE.

FOR THAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE IN PARASYMPATHETIC MODE SO THAT WE CAN BE MORE RELAXED THEREBY MORE ATTENTIVE AND FOCUSED AND EVENTUALLY BE MORE PRODUCTIVE IN OUR TASK.

WHEN WE UNKNOWINGLY  KEEP OVERTHINKING, STRESSING OVER MINOR ISSUE, OUR SYMPATHETIC MODE GET TURN ON AND START RELASING STRESS HORMONE THAT IS CORTISOL THAT START FOLLWOING THE PATHWAY OF INFLAMMATION WHICH ULTIMATLRY STARTS KILLING THE CELL OR CELL DEATH.WE CAN IDENTIFY STRESS SITUATION  BY INCREASE IN HEART RATE ,EXCESSIVE SWEATING,ANXIOUS,RESTLESSNESS,ETC.

WE PAY HIGH PRICE OF BEING IN STRESS STATE FOR A VERY LONG PERIOD TIME WE MAY NOTICE ALL THE SYMPTOM VERY EARLY IN LIFE WE DO NOT PRIORTIZE OUR HEALTH OVER OTHER THING IN OUR EARLY DAYS OF LIFE. WE KEEP OVERTHINKING AND DO NOT REALIZE THE PRICE WE ARE PAYING UNKWINGLY.

SO ISSUE ARE NOT YOUR KILLERS, THE STRESS IS YOUR KILLER 

STOP STRESSING OVER MINOR ISSUE.
