YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT FUTURE HOLDS

I was working as assistant professor in an university in India, my usual job was to take lectures and guide them. Teaching is something that enriches me, fills me with great satisfaction's was enjoying doing what I was doing but after 10 years suddenly a feeling of worthlessness started creeping in within my mindset. I started feeling this is not what I want to do more. this sudden change in my feelings, thoughts forced me to take a break . So I decided to resign from my post and take a sabbatical a period where I can do what I actually want to do. But who knew what I wanted to do with my career choices .Therefore I decided to ponder over this and started looking for answers. what next I find myself again falling for teaching but this time not to university or college students but to school students preparing for competitive exam .soon I realize this is not my desire this desire was penetrated in to my mind through my husband he thought I would be able to do this job diligently and be satisfied.

 While I was preparing myself for this I took almost three months to prepare and appear for interview. Nothing happens as per plans life has its own plans. I was waiting to get call from coaching institute but I got call from another college to  throws various opportunity at you and you got to choose.
I chose the latter option. 

I was offered the same position with handsome hike in my salary at the time of my joining. Soon after I joined I was offered the position of head from nowhere. However I was excited to know this but it took me in a state of denial for  while so much so that I could not celebrated this with my family. It took me almost a month to accept the fact that  I have been given given this responsibility. I was sceptical initially about my capabilities  though  I was delivering my duties but later I thought I should own this too.

AT THE AGE OF 34 WITHOUT TOO MUCH OF EXPERINCE,UNIVERSE HAS GIFTED ME WITH THIS NOW ITS MY TRUN TO PAY BACK EVERYTHING IN RETURN.

YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU REALLY WANT TO DO IN YOUR CAREER, JUST WAIT FOR  YOUR TURN AND SURRENDER YOURSELF .WHEN I  ALLOWED MYSELF AND LET MYSELF  FLOW IN THE NATURAL DIRECTION OF NATURE OR UNIVERSE ,THINGS STARTED FALLING IN THE PLACE.




  THIS WAS A SHORT STORY TO SHARE YET MORE TO COME IN FUTURE..

Overthinking refers to  the Bombarment of thoughts.
