What inspires our mind

What is Brahma??

Can it be known?

The knowledge of God takes us to the hidden source in our experiences from where our thoughts begin

Can we see eyes only when there is light of consciousness in them?

But where does this consciousness come from?

All this is manifested by Brahma but everything is manifested by this

Kenyasad tells that Brahma gives the power to see the soul and fills the mind with the speed of thoughts

The meaning of every word is the same as that of the soul which is visible in the witness form when the seeker experiences it that this consciousness is the witness of all our experiences and there is no information which you can understand.

Brahma cannot be known through intellectual knowledge, it is revealed only when the seeker makes complete dedication

During moments of meditation, I have this feeling that neither I am thinking nor I am in the mind, I am Brahma by myself.

Overthinking refers to  the Bombarment of thoughts. Many people  I have seen who have always flood of thoughts in their brain,which i guess is not normal, you need to be peacefull.   But with  this bombardment of thoughts .How can one be at peace.
