MY MID LIFE CRISIS AND RECOVERY

 HEY DEAR I AM 32 YEARS OLD WOMEN FEELING LOST, DIRECTIONLESS ,DISSAPOINTED BUT HOPING TO GET INNER LIGHT FOR MY SELF SOON. IF YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE WHO IS GOING THROUGH THE SAME FEELING. LET ME JOIN IN................


FEW YEARS AGO I WAS A DIFFERENT PERSON USED TO LAUGH ,GIGGLE,STAY ALWAYS ENERGETIC,POSITIVE ,AND MOSLTY MOTIVATED.I USED TO DO MY DAILY CHORES ENERGETICALLY. BUT PAST 3 YEARS I HAVE THIS FEELING OF LOSSING CONTROL OVER MY LIFE, MY BODY ,HAVING A SENSE OF NOT LIKING WHAT I  USUALLY LIKE DOING. 

I HAVE GIVEN CONSIDERABLE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT ,SHARING MY FEELINGS WITH MY PARTNER.

LATELY I HAVE REALIXED THIS THIS IS NOTHING BUT MID LIFE CRISIS.

SINCE I HAVE CROSSES 30 MY BODY IS BEHAVING IN DIFFERENT WAY ,HORMONES HAVE GONE HEYWIRE.

I GOT MY HORMONES LEVEL CHECK UP AND I GOT TO KNOW THAT MY T3 ADN T4 LEVELS HAVE INCREASED, I CONSULT WITH MY DOCTOR AFTERTHAT AND SHARED WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH SHE TOLD ME THE IMPACT OF HORMONE IMBALANCE OVER OUR MIND AND BODY.

BEACUSE OF WHICH MY MENTRUATION HAVE ALSO IMPACTED VERY BADLY.

THEN I SATRED DOING RESEARCH AND READING OUT ABOUT IT AND FIND OUT WAYS TO OVERCOME.

1. YOGA :

DOING YOGA RELEGIOUSLY FOR ALTEAST 21 DAYS NOT ONLY HELPED MY MIND BUT MY BODY TO CALM DOWN. I STARED FOCUSING ON ASSAN AND YOGA THAT AFFECT THE FUNCTIONING OF THYROID GLAND. 

YOU WOULD NOT BELEIVE ME BUT I HAVE STARED EXPERICNING CHANGES IN MY BODY.



THE MSOT SIGNIFICANT CHANGE MY BODY HAVE EXPERICED WAS MY IRREGULAR ,PAINFUL PERIOD GOT REGULAR AND PAINLESS.

EVEN THE BLOOD FLOW BECOME NORMAL THAT LASTED FOR 4 DAYS THIS MONTH. I AM FEELING GOOD NOW THAT INTERNALLY MY BODY IS RELAXED AND NORMAL. 

2. EATING SPROUTS AND SALAD:

I NEVER USED TO EAT SPROUTS AND SALAD IN MAY MEAL OF THE DAY .SIMPLY BECAUSE I DONT LIK EEATING SPROUTS. BUT I HAVE REALIZED THAT WE ARE WHAT WE EAT. INEED TO EAT CLEAN AND BENEFEICIAL FOOD. 

IT HAS HELPED TO FEEL LESS IRRITABLE AND CALM ALSO FULL ,LESS CRAVING FOR JUNK 

3. PROTEIN RICH FOOD: 

PREVIOUSLY I USED TO EAT WHATEVER IS AVAILBAE IN VEGATBLES. SINCE I AM VEGETARIAN I DONT EAT EGGS OR ANY SORT OF FLESH. MY BODY IS AGEING AND PROITEIN IS THE MSOT ESSENTIAL BIOMOLECULE REQUIRED BY OUR BOSY TO PERFORM BASIC FUNCTIONS. WE CAN STOP EATING CARBOHYDRATES THAT IS FINE BUT NOT EATING PROTEIN CAN REALLY DEPLETE OUR BODY. 



THERAFTER I STARED EATING LOTS OF LOST OS PROTEIN LIKE BOILED SOYABEAN,PHADADI BHATT,BOILED BLACK GRAM AND PANEER.

4. STARED LISTING TO ASTAVAKRA GEETA:

 THIS IS ONE OF MOST IMPCATFUL BOOK IN MHY LIFE , A BOOK NAME GEETA BY ASTAVAKRA HAVE SHOWN ME MIRROR AND ENABLE ME TO SEE WHAT IS AM NOT WHAT IS SEE OUTSIDE.

NOW AFTER FOLLOWING THSES SMALL HABBITS I HAVE WITNESSES CHANGES IN MY THOUGHT PROCEESS I FEEL ALIVE ,I HAVE GOT DIRECTION ,CLEARITY IN LIFE.
