Understanding of Anxeity

 As all of us  have heard this term Anxiety a restless stage which makes us uncomfortable we feel like something is not correct in our life something is wrong.

What am I missing out ?What should I do now ?Why am I not feeling good ?

All of these questions often comes to my mind and as soon as these thoughts born in mind ,I start feeling anxious, restless.

I really didn't understand at that point of time what is wrong with me but the knowledge of anxiety as a medical condition I  have realized the need  to treat it it as any other  medical condition 

Which brings me to several books, which eventually helped me to know it better 

So what I have figured out is 

1. DO NOT PANIC The human brain takes most of the oxygen from our blood normally when we are in some sort of anxiety or panic state,

THE consumption of oxygen gets speed up and we feel even more tired which multiply our anxiety.so one needs to relax and calm himself during occurrence of anxiety.

2.ENGAGGE IN ANY SPORTS: Sweat out yourself when you engage your body in to something very strenuous thing like any sports ,strenuous exercise so anxiety takes a back seat.

PLAY ANY SPORT


sports does wonder in human life we often forget to play when we reach to a certain age in our life but I guess playing games, doing exercises really helps in anxiety.

3.READ SPRITUAL BOOKS  After doing point no 2 we need to relax our body as well as our mind so we need to enter in to the mind of spiritual person so to do so, reading his or her book can be a great help.

Reading someone, else's books allows us to enter into his thoughts world and give us a different  dimension to think upon.

books are the only way by which we can meet with people of higher intellect, having spiritual knowledge and allow our brain to reach to that capacity 

Only then we can understand that by reaching to a certain level  to be at a certain dimension of brain we can overcome this problem,
