Understanding of Anxeity

 As all of us  have heard this term Anxiety a restless stage which makes us uncomfortable we feel like something is not correct in our life something is wrong. What am I missing out ?What should I do now ?Why am I not feeling good ? All of these questions often comes to my mind and as soon as these thoughts born in mind ,I start feeling anxious, restless. I really didn't understand at that point of time what is wrong with me but the knowledge of anxiety as a medical condition I  have realized the need  to treat it it as any other  medical condition  Which brings me to several books, which eventually helped me to know it better  So what I have figured out is  1. DO NOT PANIC The human brain takes most of the oxygen from our blood normally when we are in some sort of anxiety or panic state, NO PANIC THE consumption of oxygen gets speed up and we feel even more tired which multiply our anxiety.so one needs to relax and calm himself during occurrence ...

Story Of A Mother

 We have been hearing this statement by people around us that A women gets completed only when she becomes mother. I have this question in my mind. Is it so???? If  this is the case so why am I not feeling completed or contented even after having an adorable 7 year old daughter. Most cherished moments Why I feel this deep down urge within me to become mother again ,or to do something to get fulfilled this incompleteness. So I am writing this article for all the women out there to hear me out. That ,we never feel completed just by becoming a mother  To become a mother is mostly driven by nature. Nature wants to continue its species that is why nature has embedded this property and assembled all the prerequisite within our body to nurture and give birth to a baby  So that nature,(prakriti) can continue its survival on this planet...
