HOW TO STOP OVERTHINKING
Overthinking refers to the Bombarment of thoughts. Many people I have seen who have always flood of thoughts in their brain,which i guess is not normal, you need to be peacefull.

But with this bombardment of thoughts .How can one be at peace. Peace is something which restores your energy if you are a person who overthinks I can suerly say you must have feel tired most of the time .No matter you work less or more in a day because a person does not tired with physical work ,person feels exhausted with mental work .
You must know it is our brain which consume most of the oxygen .There is this carotid artery which supplies oxygenated blood to the brain .
Normally More than 75% blood goes to the brain because brain,s oxygen requirements are highest.
If you are overthinking most of the time that means the oxygen demand of your brain also gets increases. When your heart is pumping blood then more amount of blood should be supply to the brain.as a result rest organs of your body has to comprise with there oxygen supply.
Because brain can not compromise with oxygen supply once brain is dead Rest functions will automatically stop.
So I hope people who think it's normal so let me conclude this that it is not normal in the long run.
I am someone who has been blessed to have relaxed mind wherein thought s are created when I want to create them .
Thoughts are just not popp up in my brain just like that there is conscious control of mine over my thoughts.
I want you to experience this too as it has several advantages.
1. Reduces anxeity
2. Gives Quality sleep
3. Increases Productivity at work
4. Enjoying the present
5. Availability of spare time and many more
So are you excited to know that keys to overcome overthinking. Follow step by step.
STEP No1 - First you have to identify if you actually have this issue or not.
For this sit back in absolute silence close your eyes,pay attention to your breath and watch your thoughts as an observer.
Normally approx 600000 thoughts produces in a day in normal human mind check yours.
STEP No2 - Realizing that you do have flood of thoughts in less than a minute. Repeat the step no 1 again more frequently.
It increases your focus and you can visualize your thoughts with more clearity.
STEP No3- With this clarity you can identify which one is worth considering or which one is worthless.This gives you the urge to eliminate that one. That urge drags you to the solution.
STEP No4- Here you come to the actual solution.
All you need to do is live in present , understand the power of now that is it.
It sounds so easy right it is, engage yourself with your worklist.Rather than sitting with your thoughts which will give you only anxeity at the end of day and your significant work will remain undone.
When you engage yourself with your work,thoughts do come but of good quality related to your work .Human is all about emotions and emotion occur from thoughts
If you thought of your beloved one you fell loved.
If you thought of getting late for the office ,school suddenly you feel anxious fearful.
So thought s are vital part of human emotion they has to be there but of good quality not which makes you uneasy
Being uneasy is not that bad if it happened ocassionaly in emmergency like situation. That has to be there for your improved reaction and responses.
But if you treat every situation as emmergency you will always restless and uneasy
Which I guess no one of us wants to feel that way for the long run .
