Overthinking refers to  the Bombarment of thoughts. Many people  I have seen who have always flood of thoughts in their brain,which i guess is not normal, you need to be peacefull.   But with  this bombardment of thoughts .How can one be at peace. Peace is something which restores your energy if you are a person who overthinks I can suerly say you must have feel tired most of the time .No matter you work less or more in a day because a person does not tired with physical work ,person feels exhausted with mental work .
